I am a Business Manager, at international director level, with a proven track record of success, within a range of business areas such as distribution, B2B, consumer, high-tech manufacturing and electronic-semiconductors.

I am an energetic, out of the box thinker with experience in all aspects of the order-to-cash cycle. I have demonstrated strong leadership in operational management, logistics and supply chain, acquisition integration, cross-functional process change and go-to-market modelling.

Over the last 15 years, I have led many EMEA and global projects as a result of acquisitions, collaboration agreements and consolidation of businesses. These projects required close examination of business practices and value stream mapping. Once the processes are clearly documented there maybe some IT system modification, testing and validation to complete the integration. I have managed cross-functional teams during the integration of organisations at the most critical and challenging times.

I give a high attention to detail and demonstrate strong determination to deliver projects on time and on budget, whilst coaching/mentoring and guiding teams to ensure longevity of programs and their continued development.

While managing teams over the years, I continue to believe that people are the heart of any business and that harnessing their interests, ensuring they are engaged, valued and appreciated will ensure longer term success for the business.

I am capable of establishing and maintaining strong relationships, which is essential in both business and the transformation process. I have worked with many leading companies including Oracle, Dell, Sun Microsystems, IBM, HP, Motorola, Hitachi, Nec and SGS.
